The Janitorial Facilitator provides training and supervision to trainees, and other janitorial employees, along with keeping the agency clean and free of maintenance problems through adherence to the Master Sanitation Schedule, DMV and DSPN contracts and requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Supervisory -Train all janitorial workers on correct and safe product/equipment use.
Lead the Janitorial Staff and Rest Area team in all Locations; maintain schedule assignments.
Ensures compliance to DMV and DSPN (rest area) requirements and uses DSPN processes and procedures.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies and equipment.
Maintain records and time cards on janitorial crew and monitor all employee work.
Provide corrective action and recommendations on areas that need to be improved to your manager.
Respond to client inquiries, requests and concerns.
Provide timely evaluations of all janitorial employees.
Janitorial -Perform basic maintenance work and painting jobs.
Maintain appearance of all facilities owned and leased through daily cleaning activities.
Ensure 100% compliance to the Master Sanitation Schedule in all locations.
Track and maintain inventory and equipment; order janitorial supplies for Opportunities, Inc.
Routinely inspect building, sites and janitorial equipment for needed repair and response to emergency requests as required.
Communication -
Communicate with direct manager to maintain communication flow and report developments as they occur.
Provide feedback to case managers regarding extended employees trainee's progress.
Must have supervisory, communication skills and valid driver license and good driving record
