RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with customers to get a clear view on their  hiring needs

  • Research into client’s company, competitors and market place and know the talent needs and skills gaps in the relative industry

  • Create role criteria, offer guidance and define position description 

  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels

  • Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credentials

  • Network and build long-lasting client relationships

  • Work to increase client pool by researching direct hire positions 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-years recruiting / sourcing experience required, preferably in manufacturing
  • Proven success partnering with hiring managers to implement long term staffing and hiring strategies
  • Understands how to construct complex Boolean queries to drive search results
  • Strong interpersonal, motivational, communications and presentation skills
  • Excellent interviewing skills and an ability to assess competencies required for the role
  • Extensive experience using search engine, social networking tools, public databases
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (preferably Avionté), on-line recruiting sources and candidate databases
  • Integrity and confidentiality

EDUCATION AND SKILLS EXPERIENCE      

  • Degree from two-year college or technical school; and/or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience        
  • Presents information effectively and responds to questions         
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables 
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form         
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 Professional software, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Windows 2008/2012 Server, Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Windows 7
  • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance and reliable transportation. Minimal travel expected.
