Assist the Production Supervisor in the day-to-day set up and running of assembly lines, productivity standards, deadlines and paperwork are completed efficiently. Provide a safe work environment for all employees.

Essential Functions

1. Assist with job set-up, including minor equipment adjustment and product change-over as directed by the Production Supervisor.

2. Communicate any quality, machine or employee issues including safety and GMP violations to direct production supervisor and perform other duties as assigned.

3. Maintain efficient operations by assisting line workers, monitoring material levels and machine operation. Utilize employees effectively and efficiently by assisting with proper training, communicating job specific instructions and motivating the team to achieve required productivity.

4. Accurately follow and implement all functions related to handheld computer system, including item tracking and traceability. Initiate finished goods pallet label printing and ensure they are associated to the correct product.

5. Be a role model by establishing good work habits and ensuring the quality and timely completion of the work.

6. Maintain safety of all employees on the production line.

7. Participate and lead stretch exercises.

8. Enforce all floor rules, regulations, and GMPs.

9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is responsible to direct, coordinate and oversee activities of assembly line operations - automated, robotic and continuous motion, as well as staff of Assemblers, Line Leads, Material Handlers on third shift.

9. Interact positively with subordinates, peers and superiors to achieve agency objectives.

10. Schedule tasks to ensure high productivity and quality; and to meet customer requirements.

11. Continuously review and analyze productivity to identify and implement improvements and to control/reduce costs.

Duties and responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.

• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.

• Receive, load, issue, store and deliver product, supplies or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.

• Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.

• Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests of warehouse product; complete requisitions for needed inventory to assure adequate stock levels.

• Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required.

• Monitor automated warehousing system; operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required.

• Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment.

• Observe health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.

• Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget-related needs; assist in the bid process for various supplies as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Selected candidate must have general knowledge and previous experience in building and grounds upkeep, high school diploma or equivalent. Will have basic electrical, small engine, plumbing knowledge. Experience working with physically and cognitively challenged individuals is preferred, however, if you just like to help people succeed in their work – this could be your calling!

Routine exposure to nature’s elements (high-visibility outerwear is provided!). Must be able to perform full range of motion including considerable walking, standing, bending and lifting (up to 50lbs). Must have a valid driver license and proof of vehicle insurance.

This position is full-time, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm and every third weekend.

The Machine Operator will be responsible for running various automated and manual packaging and assembly equipment. Will follow all policies and procedures related to efficient and compliant operation of the line. Ensure that productivity standards, deadlines and paperwork are complete.

Qualifications/Requirements

The Quality Assurance Inspector ensures that the quality of work produced meets or exceeds standards as defined in documented policies and procedures. Responsible for upholding all quality standards by performing routine quality inspections and communicating product deficiencies.

Essential Functions

1. Ensure product integrity be performing routine product inspections.

2. Record all quality inspections and nonconformities on the designated forms.

3. Determine when a product does not meet quality standards, using available reference tools and documented standards. For non-typical quality issues, consult with Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Assurance Lead. Fill out appropriate paperwork and record results of non-conforming findings.

4. Communicate substandard product issues to the Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Assurance Lead and to the production supervisor(s).

5. Maintain accurate and legible records when recording information.

6. Demonstrate fundamental knowledge of product specifications, manufacturing software and general machine operation.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and peripheral vision.

**Work Environment: **

 The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may experience a warm working environment during summer months.

Summary/Objective:

Ensure that the quality of work produced meets or exceeds customer expectations as defined by Opportunities, Inc. documented procedures, including overall facility requirements.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain records, coordinate and perform systematic QMS quality checks on daily production, providing direction to Production on a daily basis.

2. Identify quality concerns, take appropriate immediate action and communicate to the Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Coordinator.

3. Maintain and follow an organized approach to Quality Assurance (QA) by upholding the strict documented quarantine and release protocol.

4. Initiate corrective actions as directed by procedures and collaborate with production operations to reach satisfactory outcomes.

5. Coordinate all QA activities and outside communications directly with the Quality Assurance Manager.

6. Initiate and maintain up-to-date job methods file in accordance with Agency standard operating procedures.

7. Introduce and formalize standards and procedures as needed specific to customer special projects.

8. Document all first piece approvals with Production Supervisor/Customer Service Representative.

9. Train and direct production team as necessary.

10. Participate and represent the Agency from a Quality Assurance perspective i.e., Audits, monthly/quarterly reviews, special projects, etc.

11. Monitor overall facility conditions to meet customer standards and adherence to GMP standards. 

12. Report to Quality Assurance Manager and VP of Operations all deficiencies immediately. 

13. Keep up-to-date QA Hold logs and provide any assistance needed for rework of “on-hold” product. 

14. Other duties as assigned
